Pineapple cutting, Bali Beach Fruit lady

Balinese fruit vendor shows how to cut and remove the eyes of a pineapple. She patrols the beach in the heat all day carrying up to 10Kg on top of her head. They are beautiful people and so happy to make a sale. The fruit quality was perfect and hygienic. As I sat to eat the fresh pineapple I was chatting to her and she told me she doesn't make too many sales in a day so if you see the fruit vendors at Kuta beach, let them prepare a fresh pineapple or melon for you as you bask in the sun.
