Lucid Dreaming Reality Check #shorts

If you have never heard of lucid dreaming before, it is the ability to become conscious while your body is still sleeping. Allowing you to live and control in a world within your mind that control. This is an art and a skill that anyone can learn. I decided to make this track using portals to symbolize that lucid dreaming can be gateway to unlimited possibilities. Anything you can imagine you can do inside a lucid dream. Reality checks are the first step in learning how to become an expert lucid dreamer. By cosntantly asking yourself "Is this a dream", "am i awake" multiple times a day, you will subconsiously store it in your memory. Then when you are dreaming you will remember a reality check, which will allow you to question your reality and notice that you are in the dream world. Most people wake up at this point, but with practise you can stay asleep and stay in control of your dream.
