Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said it has detained five Russians and three citizens of Ukraine and Armenia over Saturday's explosion that damaged a key bridge linking Crimea to Russia. The "terrorist attack" was organised by Ukrainian secret services, FSB added. The explosives used in the attack were sent from Ukraine's Odesa through Bulgaria, Georgia and Armenia, FSB further said.
