Hunter Biden's Drug Addiction Doesn't Excuse his Crimes - Bill O'Reilly

During an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper, President Joe Biden was asked point black about his son Hunter's crimes. His bumbled response basically blamed it all on his drug addiction. While any father should be proud and support a child overcoming addiction, it in no way can excuse criminal action.
