Square Butter Crispy Pancakes

Saw this really cool crispy snack at a street market in Chiang Rai. Never seen this one before but was very popular with the locals and tourists. Made from milk, sugar and butter. The heating process is important hence all the smoothing out of the batter. Butter and sweetened condensed milk is added and then cooked to a perfect crisp. These guys would make great plasterers! Very interesting street food indeed.
