McDonald's Ax-Man Released Without Bond, Only For the Cycle to Start Anew!

Michael Palacios got drunk, accosted some girls, got beat up, then took a hatchet to a Manhattan McDonald's; just another day in New York City. He was snatched up by the boys in blue, only to be released without bail, gotta love it. He gave an interview to the New York Post about not being "unhinged" or whatever, your mileage may vary.

A couple days ago, little Mike was picked up for another round of crimes. A whole host of charges, while he awaits trial on the McDonald's attack, only to be released once again... without a cash bail. New York City isn't just a Clown City, it's the entire Circus.
