One of the greatest needs that perfectionists have is nurture, the need to find comfort through unconditional loving care. Perfectionists have an inner critic that drowns out the nurturing voice they need. It amplifies criticism, shame and judgment. Instead of being hard on yourself, today is the day to begin practicing being more compassionate and nurturing towards yourself, allowing your heart to heal and recover.

Today's broadcast is a message of love from my heart to yours.
