How I run comps

It takes me 5 min sometimes less to run comps on the phone.
#1 Go on redfin and find the highest sold home that looks the best and that is your ARV
#2 If you cant find one on redfin go to Zillow the comparable home section
#3 If you can't find anything on those 2 sights then I use propstream.
