Sakurai Made CVS3 Before Capcom Did

Continuing on from our previous attempt at making an FGC Ruleset for Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Salem and Mew2king adjust the rules taking suggestions from the comments. We also made a Squad Strike ruleset to make it feel more like the Capcom vs SNK fighting game series.
