Dr. Mario, Incineroar, Little Mac and Isabelle are all characters that are considered bottom-tier at the moment. But what if they were top-tier? Since there have been quite a few characters that have been getting changed in recent patches, we thought it would be a fun exercise to try a little bit of balancing ourselves.
