He is joined by Josh Phoenix, the Renegade Butcher and host of Liberty Meat Solutions Podcast. Josh teaches about home meat processing, and dabbles in Lightning integration and web design on the side. Both are very down-to-earth guys who have dove into the subject, and try to make it all make sense for folks who don't speak geek.
