US to debate bill that fights Russia and China

While Washington is about to debate a $817-billion bill to contain China and Russia, some European countries are saying they shouldn't decouple from China but continue to do business together. That’s according to the German Chancellor, who himself plans to travel to Beijing next month. RT contributor Rachel Marsden has more.
