How To Make Refrigerator Pickles | Fresh Garden Cucumbers | Canning | Food Preservation | Prepping
Today, Josh and Tabitha will share our recipe for no-can refrigerator pickles (3 Day Pickles)! Simply mix up your ingredients with the cucumbers and refrigerate for three days, and you have a delicious tangy snack, perfect for a hot summer day.
Refrigerator Pickles Recipe:
sliced fresh cucumbers
sliced jalapenos
3 sprigs fresh dill
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
4 cloves crushed garlic
3 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 pinch turmeric
Prep everything and let the pickles sit in the fridge for at least 3 days, shaking jar occasionally. Enjoy!
