Experiment time!! Roasted spaghetti squash is a blank template for amazing creations, the perfect boring food to make better very easily by using some simple ingredients and creativity! This is a healthy AND gluten-free alternative to pasta, and the limits of what you can do are practically infinite!!
Today, we’re making a simple brunch by adding some crisped bacon bits, cheese, and eggs to our spaghetti squash. But the fun doesn’t have to end there! As long as you roast your squash and let it rest before “fluffing” with a fork, you can add almost anything to turn it into a gourmet meal! So use this template, be creative, and DON’T EAT BORING FOOD!!
