We are spiritual beings, living a temporary human physical experience, volunteering on the Soul’s behalf to represent the Soul and experience a human emotional situation(s) without being stuck by it.
Collectively, the Souls keep re-incarnating here, and technically, recycling itself over and over, lifetime after lifetime, and stuck with the same lower accumulated emotional energies and frequencies from the Soul’s collective lifetime database.

The Soul is asking for the physical human responsibility with releasing the stuck lower emotional charges and frequencies held within the sub-conscious and chakras by cutting and unplugging the emotional cords from the initial triggers and boiler point collectively. The toughest experiences are normally accumulated through childhood, either through the family, culture and or religion. Once the heavy clean up is cleared out; the process of ascending from the 3D to 5D consciousness is energetically easier.

The most liberating and freeing thing one can do is free one self from the past, honouring the Soul contract, and connecting back home through the divine heart.
