Ingredients and preparation:

0:39 Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (or tulsi, sabja seeds) into a bowl.
0:52 Cover with water and let it soak for half an hour.

1:00 Take 2 liters of water in a jug.
1:13 Add the soaked chia seeds and mix properly.
1:17 Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of raw honey and stir well.
1:32 Add the juice from 2 fresh lemons.
1:45 Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
1:57 Add 1 teaspoon of pink or black salt.
