INGREDIENTS:
Beef
Yellow Curry Paste (Mae Ploy)
White Onion
Baby Potatoes
Carrots
Eggplant
Red Pepper
Coconut Milk
Jalapenos
Cilantro
Rice

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rice: wash and use rice cooker
2. Chop and prepare ingredients
3. Pressure Cooker: Curry + Coconut Milk + Beef 15mins on Manual Setting.
4. Add Veggies and cook 5 more mins. Manual Setting.
5. Plate and serve
