Housing INVENTORY Is About To EXPLODE!!

There is some interesting new housing data that shows us that housing inventory is about to explode! There are currently 464,000 new construction homes that are in some stage of development across the country. Right now only 45,000 of them are inhabitable which only 10%. Meaning there is a massive amount of inventory coming to the U.S. housing market, and that is only PART of the story. Let me explain.
