Will Homes EVER Go Back to 2019 Prices?

One of the biggest questions I always get asked is if I think homes will go back to 2019 prices because that was before the pandemic hit and the market was relatively "normal" back then. In a perfect world where not much changed, I would say yes, but the fact is, a TON of things have happened since then that will influence the cost of housing for the foreseeable future.
