Ukraine petitions for more weapons

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy who pleaded for more air defense systems to help establish an air shield over his country. Meanwhile, United States president Biden is now saying he does not think Russian president Vladimir Putin will use nuclear weapons on the battlefield in Ukraine.
