Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – On October 2, 2022, Body cam video shows Oklahoma Police sending a very large amount of lead at extremely high speed toward an armed suspect who made threatening statements. Around 10 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a 911 call regarding an armed man making threatening statements in the 4000 block of NW 18 near Tulsa Avenue. When police arrived, they were engaged in an armed confrontation with the suspect, identified as 61-year-old Ralph Tuggle. Police shot Tuggle with AR-15 patterned rifles. Tuggle was taken to a local hospital and underwent surgery. No officers were injured.
