honey 140g.
butter 45 gr.
milk 30 gr.
6 egg yolks.
Sugar 95g.
Flour 145g.
Corn Starch 50g.
baking powder 5 g
Baking pan 21/8 cm.
Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
Chilled sour cream 25-30% -300g.
honey 15 g
powdered sugar 120g.
Chilled cream 30-36% 450g.
Beat until thickened.
