1st Amendment Audit at Water Valley, MS City Buildings and County Jail. PASS

At Water Valley Police Department, Sheriffs Department/Jail, Post Office, Court, and a public sidewalk beside a local liquor store. After an extended period of time at each place, I received very little engagement or interaction by any Law Enforcement Officer, City Employee, or private citizen which suggests to me that the City and County Government as a whole had already undergone some form of training for any potential 1st Amendment Audit. The only hit the City took on this Audit was the Water Valley Police Chief refusing to provide his name after he initiated contact with me. Overall the City of Water Valley receives a PASSING GRADE!
