One of Thailands Oldest Street Foods - KANOM FAK BUA TOEI

This is a very old street food desert not seen that often. I was lucky to find this at a market in Sakon Nakhon Thailand. It is made from flour and rice flour, coloured with pandan and is slightly sweet. It has a unique subtle herb flavour, I found it delicious.
