One of his most challenging and heartfelt was that of US army veteran John Rambo. Here he explains the role and how it moved from the original book form to the big movie screen.

Sylvester describes how in the book Rambo was a cold-blooded sociopath. However, this was not how he wanted veterans to be represented and choose to alter the character. Making him a man who his own country was at war against. It's an iconic role that gave us many sequels in the world of action movies.
