According to 9 News, Approximately 30,000 noncitizens in Colorado were mistakenly sent postcards encouraging them to register to vote, due to a database glitch related to the state's list of drivers. At least 18 states, including Colorado plus the District of Columbia, issue licenses to non-US citizens.
