Mornings with Jodi' "Bird Says Choose Beef
This video is about Bone Broth and Kitchen Craft Cookware.
According to this brochure by Kitchen Craft, this is a “High-performance cookware", and I agree because this is really cool. The brochure also says, “Turn the heat down. Medium to low is all you need to know, and if the cover seals don't come up off the pan, turn the heat up. Don't place the lid on flat stove tops”. This is amazing because I've always said that when you want to cook your food, you want to cook ‘low and slow'. The reason for this is that we don't want to turn our food into a carcinogen— which are things that turn our bodies into walking cancer sticks. The Kitchen Kraft product is a phenomenal product, and I’ll talk more about it in the training of the Functional Food Program.
Now, there’s Bone Broth in here, but the lid is stuck so I'm going to turn the heat up high to unstick the lid according to what the directions say. Bone broth has many benefits. It is used to heal leaky gut, and because it supports your gut health, it also supports your brain health. As a result, if you're having racing thoughts, anxiety, stress, emotional breakdowns, etc., you want to have Bone Broth.
You can have as much Bone Broth as you want, but you don’t need a lot. In this case, we're just going to pour a little bit. When I made this batch of Bone Broth, I added mushrooms. So, what I do is I put a couple of ounces into each cup. You can start your morning by having Bon Broth. Even though I don't have it every single morning, I have it most mornings, and it is part of my morning regimen. You can have a couple of ounces of Bone Broth in the morning, or if you prefer, you can skip it in the morning and have it at lunchtime. However, I personally prefer to have two ounces in the morning.
Also, depending on your gut health, you don’t have to have Bone Broth every day. Having it only a couple of times during the week also works. When my husband and I started, we used to have it every single morning, but now we have it just a couple of times a week. Everyone’s on a different path in terms of their wellness, so what you must do is listen to your body-- listen to the signs, listen to the symptoms. If you're very emotional, get yourself some Bone Broth because it has superb brain-gut connection; a healthy gut equals a healthy brain.
As for cooking and readiness, you can batch-cook your Bone Broth and then freeze it so you can just pull it out and have it every day and not worry about cooking. Bone Broth is so critical, and I have delicious recipes on my site that you can check out.
My bird Faigala says, “Pick beef and not chicken Bone Broth". That's because she prefers that we have beef Bone Broth over the chicken one. Anyway, I'm signing off now.
