Grounding Day 108 - 10 minutes standing on the nayoya mat

Today I did a little 10 minute session standing on the nayoya mat. I have had this mat for years and this week was the first time that I used it to stand on. While I was working earlier in the week, I pulled out the mat and stood on it for 30 minutes while I was working. The mat is typically used to help reduce stress by laying on the mat. It also comes with a pillow that has the pokeys on it too. It hits pressure points when using it either way and does work well to help reduce stress. It is not a grounding mat but will help to toughen up the soles of my feet.
