A look at the candidates running for Kern County School Board trustee for Area 2

Area 2 of the Kern County School Board is on the east side of the city and covers schools like East High, Foothill, and Mira Monte. In November, Area 2 residents will see two school board candidates on their ballots, Joe Marcano and Joan Smith.
