It's harvest season, and that means we have the privilege (and burden) of putting up tons of tomatoes for the winter! This is our favorite sauce recipe: simple, easy, and to the point:

***Running the tomatoes through the mill will give you the most beautiful, smooth tomato sauce***

Add your tomato sauce to sterilized jars. Lid and pressure can for 30 minutes.
