Zapata Falls, Colorado is about 15 minutes from the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Drove by it a couple of times and didn't even notice the entrance.

Zapata Falls Campground is next to the trail entrance and has nice views with 3-4 bars of Verizon coverage. There is also a very nice Picnic area nearby (Day Use only).
