2022 Fall Soaring Festival, Visalia Ca - RC glider contest

The Fall Soaring Festival is held every year at the CVRC field in Visalia California. The 2022 event was the 49th fall fest. 2023 will be the 50 year anniversary. It's a standard American style Thermal Duration contest with multiple classes. The atmosphere is light hearted and fun! If you are into RC this a great event to check out.

The basics are as follows, you must fly a certain amount of time and then do a precision landing. For example Saturday's tasks were 5, 8, 10, and 10 minute flights. All with precision landings. There are multiple classes-
Open
RES (rudder, elevator, spoiler)
Woody (old wood built models)

ALES (electric class)
