A Democrat clerk in Buttigieg's St. Joseph County was caught on camera taking what appeared to be ballots out of the absentee ballot room and throwing them away.

The Dems claimed there were no ballots in the room at the time. The GOP says there was. Now we have video proof there were ballots in the room.
