Andromeda ~ Nature sounds for better Sleep
In prehistory, when the human being was in a safe place and everything was calm around him without threat to life, at night the sound of nature reigned. Thus they could hear the smooth agitation of the wind, the fall of the rain, and the smoother sounds of small animals and insects.
These slow and symbillating sounds represent calm, and are known as white noise.
Although things have changed a lot since the primitive man, there are questions we inherited, a very important factor in this connection between rest and rain, which we owe to our ancestors.
These sounds tell us that they are not a threat, so they help relax. It's like they are saying "don't worry…"
