Senator Durbin on Saudi Arabia, Putin, and the US

Sen. Dick Durbin, (D), Illinois: "Putin is desperate. He is losing militarily, he is killing innocent civilians in these massive strikes. He has turned into a war criminal who's desperate. He is hoping to get more revenues to fight on by raising oil prices at the expense of Europe and the West. And Saudi Arabia has decided that they're going to ally with him in that effort. Let's be very candid about this. It is Putin and Saudi Arabia against the United States."
