Finally, was able to make a purchase of something I have had my eye on for about 2 years. I had no idea ride on aerators were even a thing until I saw @Brian's Lawn Maintenance demo one and purchase one. I am glad to have found other YouTube channels like his, @Spencer Lawn Care , @Stet's Lawn Care and @Mike Andes . This community is so wonderful, and I owe so much to them and to my subscribers and the ones that watch my videos. I also owe my success to my customers. It's hard to imagine that 2.5 years ago, I was where I was at and now, I have proper pricing knowledge and some great tools to get my jobs done efficiently and make money doing so.

Huge shout out to Horizon Distributors for allowing me to rent this machine when I did and to also purchase the Exmark 24" Ride On Aerator for $5800. I bought it in the nick of time too. They told me that a guy came in wanting to rent it and they told him they already sold it. He said he would have given them $7000 for it. I fully expect to have this machine be making me over $10,000 next spring with even more in the fall of 2023. Keep pushing towards your goals, no matter how small or how big. It's all about mindset!
