Ukraine halts electricity exports, begins rolling blackouts, US taking advantage of EU crisis

Ukraine has halted it's export of electricity to other European nations after Russian missile strikes. They're now introducing rolling blackouts to select regions so as to not overwhelm the power grid. The US is taking advantage of hte situation by selling gas tot he EU for four times what it charges at home.
