Abbas was so great we had to bring him on again. In this follow up episode we focus on ways to grow in the multi family niche. We spend a great deal of time going over the benefits of public speaking and growing a community.

• The fastest way to grow is to get on stage because you can talk to a large audience at once.
• You don’t want to sell anything until it is good. Focus on one thing and one service and the rest of everything you put out is free.
• People are reciprocal in nature, when you give people something they want to give it back.
• Focus on building a community. Giving to the community and try to help people.
• Teach people for free until they have developed a skill set you can help them take to the next level. So you aren’t starting from the very beginning with people. Some people will take action, most will not. Focus on the folks that take action and you can scale quickly
• Through word of mouth this type of business can grow and snowball so quickly because if you invest your time in the customer experience so they are so happy that they want to bring other people in.
• If you don’t enjoy the stuff you are doing you are never going to be able to plow through the challenges that come across your way.
• Single focus and single focus over time are the key.
• Self actualization doesn’t necessarily correlate with the amount of hours.
