NATO is 'increasing security' for key infrastructure

NATO's Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told Moscow on Tuesday (October 11) that NATO would meet attacks on allies' critical infrastructure with a "united and determined response" and that it was also monitoring Russia's nuclear forces closely as Ukraine "has the momentum" on the battlefield.
