(This ET is a Human from PARALLEL EARTH lil smaller in size which co-exists with us in other DIMENSION. They are way ahead in future according to our local timeline)

As you can see, the 2nd autopsy was done in a very crude manner in haste without proper protections and safety protocols followed.. what do you think the reason could be?
