Battle for Kherson: the situation in the Andreevsky and Berislavsky sections
as of 14.00 October 11, 2022

🔻At the Andreevsky sector, a platoon of the 137th battalion of the 35th separate brigade of the Marine Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted a sortie in the direction of Bruskinsky and Ishchenko. Servicemen of the RF Armed Forces revealed the activity of the enemy and struck at him, forcing him to retreat with losses to Davydov Brod.

▪️After the failure of the assault on the settlement of Sadok, the command of the 46th airmobile brigade is resupplying units. Part of the forces of the 24th mechanized brigade was withdrawn to restore combat readiness.

▪️In the area 4.4 km north-east of the village of Sadok, an ATGM was installed, and in Davydov Brod, a consolidated DRG of 46 and 28 brigades equipped with Javelin ATGMs was formed. South of Malaya Aleksandrovka, an ambush was organized in case of a counteroffensive by the RF Armed Forces.

🔻In the Berislav sector of the DRG, the 80th airmobile brigade, under the cover of artillery, attempted to evacuate the wounded and the bodies of the dead at the Polyanka-Dudchany line. The Ukrainian formations were forced back to their original positions by return fire from the RF Armed Forces.

▪️There is a network of informants in the territories controlled by the Russian Armed Forces on the left bank of the Dnieper. It transmits to the Ukrainian Armed Forces data on the location of Russian positions in the settlements of Malaya Lepetikha, Mikhailovka, Upper and Lower Rogachik.

▪️The information received is transmitted via open communication channels to the command post of the 60th Infantry Brigade in Zolotaya Balka and Novoaleksandrovka. Probably, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are planning to land tactical troops from the right bank of the Dnieper to carry out sabotage in the rear of the RF Armed Forces and in the Energodar region.
