DEEPER UNDERSTANDING - Feeling ugly? Comparison is a thief of joy! Comparing against illusions.

Comparison exists only in between at least 2 elements. But most people compare themselves in their mind. One is always alone in their mind, everything else is just a personal interpretation of the outside. So if one is alone and comparing with illusions and perceptions about the outside, isn't this a bit of psychiatry we've all been programmed to live by? Distractions are the death of awareness. And an unaware mind is easily molded.
