This guy was so talented, I was watching his sequence and he never missed a beat. Roti Sai Mai is not seen too often around Northern Thailand, its very common in Ayutthaya. A sweet palm sugar floss is rolled inside the roti and it is a wonderful treat. Roti sai mai known as Ayutthaya's cotton candy is originally from India and the Thai's have adapted the recipe.
