Did I really need a DIY toolkit on a road trip?

Well, yes, I did use my DIY toolkit on our recent trip. There are probably some tools that need to be added, a few I definitely don't need, and some that were surprisingly useful. I think having more than just a few pocket tools, or a car repair kit can be a great asset on a long trip.
