Strangest Street Food Ever, how can you eat this?

Found the strangest street food at the Akha hill tribe mountain festival in Doi Mae Salong Thailand.
The biscuit is made from a type of corn flour and shaped into tubes, sortta like fruit loops I guess. Its then covered in liquid nitrogen and sweet toppings applied. The hill festival is a magical affair with the Akha people coming from all around and putting on music, dancing and of course street food.
