Texas GOP Rep. Chip Roy is criticizing Martha's Vineyard for its handling of 50 migrants sent there from Texas, arguing the political policies and lifestyles of residents of the affluent, liberal island off Massachusetts are leading to rise of cartels and the deaths of border-crossing migrants at their hands, like the 53 who recently died in San Antonio.
