Stir-Frying Last of 2022 Okra, Rooting Herbs & Sweet Potatoes in Barn Kitchen

This afternoon we say good-bye to the last of the 2022 Fresh Okra. In my #9 Griswold Cast Iron Skillet, I stir-fry sliced okra in organic olive oil w/ 1/3rd stick of butter to add the magic! The okra was actually a side-dish along with ground beef burgers & fresh sweet potatoes!

In the video the okra looks greasy- but after I drain and put it in a bowl with paper towels, it's just fine! Plus the organic virgin olive oil & butter are healthy fats!

I then show off herb & sweet potato starts! Just another joyful afternoon in the Barn Kitchen!
