Michael Yon: Day 300 of RUS UKR War, & ESCA of Backyard Wars, New Paradigms w/Sargis Sangari EP #119

On Monday, 10 OCT 22, on the 119th EPISODE, of New Paradigms with Sargis Sangari, #MichaelYon: America's most experienced war correspondent and I spoke about the global escalation of #BackyardWars on the 300th day since the #Russia #Ukraine War.

Speaking from #London, Michael updated us on his four-month tour of the European Union Nations, especially in the #Netherlands, #Germany, #Luxembourg, #Belgium, #Hungary, #Austria, and #Ireland. This trip comes on the heal of his investigations of the #southernborder between #Mexico and the U.S. It also comes after his travels to #Morroco, #Greece, #Lithuania, and #Bulgaria.

Michael and I discussed the strengthening of the famine, which we discussed on his show in January 2020. Michael compared the current famine signals to the #Irish #famine of 1847 & 1848, which started in 1847.

The global famine of today shows the same patterns of starting slow with food prices going up, then hunger globally in areas followed by the collapsing of economic and #foodproduction, with a majority of issues and topics manufactured and or usually tied to war.

Michael states that the famine will get worse by 2023 and will be at its height in 2024, with #India and #Brazil suffering the most since they rely highly on #European #fertilizer.

Currently, 26 major fertilizer plants in Europe are offline or set to go offline, given the lack of #fuel. Traveling from #Prague throughout Europe, Michael has seen how the #forests of Europe, especially #Germany and Lithuania, are cut down to create #wood needed to heat the EU during winter. For example, a 2000 Square feet home requires 12-15 cords of wood 4' high, 24' long, and 16" deep to heat one home during the winter using wood.

#Food, #energy, and #war are the driving factors of the current global #famine and can lead to a #gigacide which means a mass murder of a billion or more people. Given that 4 billion people in today's world rely upon nitrogen base fertilizer, it's a reality that this war will cost more lives.

The sabotage of the #nordstream1 and #nordsteam2 #pipelines, the #Yamal-Europe natural #gaspipeline, which may go offline in the next 24 hours, the #sabotage of the cable network that caused the outage of #train traffic in northern Germany on 8 OCT 22, and the #IMF Chief issuing a warning today on global recession are signs of the expanding backyard wars.
