Stop giving energy to actions and activities that are not adding value to your journey. You have to begin to FOCUS your efforts against your WHY. Everything you do as a leader, mentor and father has to be be centered on your WHY. Don't get caught chasing your tail and wasting your time doing things in your life that are not pushing your progress forward.
