MOUNTAIN TOP EXERCISE
Mountain top exercise is a powerful exercise that improves your focus and concentration. It also helps you to reduce stress and improve your mood. In order to do this exercise, you need to find a place where you can be alone and quiet for at least 15 minutes. It can be a balcony, a rooftop, a quiet corner of your office, a walking path, or any other place that is away from others. Once you find your spot, take a moment to take in your surroundings and let go of any other thoughts that are on your mind. Focus on your breathing, and try to do it as slow and smooth as possible. This will help you relax and reduce stress. While focusing on your breath, start to visualize the things that make you happy. It can be anything, like your family, your significant other, your favorite vacation spot, or anything else that makes you happy. Stay in this state until the time is up.
